How Do I....
Obtain A Repeat Prescription?

We are a dispensing practice. Three of our surgeries dispense medicines (Grange Park does not) and surgery prescriptions are usually dispensed as soon as you have seen the doctor. Repeat prescriptions are computerised. To order a repeat of your drugs you may:

a) Email your request to your surgery:-

b) Send a written note or hand in the computer slip

c) Fax through your repeat request on fax no: (01604) 862129 Roade Surgery, (01604) 878005 Blisworth Surgery, (01908) 511662 Hanslope Surgery or (01604) 742411 Grange Park Surgery

d) Call in person with your request

e) Fill in the repeat prescription form below

We no longer accept telephone requests for repeat prescriptions unless you are elderly, infirm or housebound.

Please allow two working days for your request to be processed but, in an emergency, items can be collected at short notice. Please try and collect items within one week of ordering them as shelf space to store dispensed items is limited.
